We guarantee not to be beaten on price across our entire collection of domestic ecological cleaning solutions, sprays and concentrates. If you find an equivalent product elsewhere, we will refund the difference!
Our guarantee gives you the peace of mind that whatever you buy from us will not only be the best possible quality, but the best possible price available.
To claim under our guarantee, there a few simple rules:
- The credentials must be like for like. This means it must be ecological, biodegradable, made in the UK, plant based, suitable for septic tanks, and not tested on animals.
- It must be the same type of product, so a spray bottle = a spray bottle, a concentrate = a concentrate etc.
- The size must be comparable. So 1000ml = 1000ml, 500ml = 500ml.
- The price comparison must exclude any shipping or delivery costs
- The comparable product must be brand new, in stock in the UK via a bona fide retailer (not an auction site), and available for sale.
- Price guarantee applies to our Domestic Cleaning range which is any sprays, solutions or concentrates less than 1L in volume.
- You must have purchased a product from us to make a claim under the guarantee and submit evidence of your claim within 14 days of purchase.
